What is it ?	Establishment of IBSA was formalised by the Brasilia Declaration of 6 June 2003. Dialogue forum of three multi ethnic and multicultural democracies. Strenghten South-South Cooperation. Socio – economic development of third world countries.
Summits	1^st Summit – Brazil in 2006. 6^th Summit – India in 2013 – Cancelled. 7^th Summit – India in 2017 – Did not happen.
