Vidya Samiksha Kendra for monitoring of learning outcomes Government of Gujarat An online, real-time mechanism to monitor the learning progress of every student across every grade in every school in Gujarat using technology such as AI, ML, and Big Data Analytics to improve grade-appropriate learning outcomes of every student.
Home-based education for children with disabilities Government of NCT of Delhi A program to provide home-based education to children with severe and profound disabilities who are unable to attend regular schooling in Delhi, in line with the Right to Education Amendment of 2012 and the Zero Rejection Policy.
Phoenix mobile app – measuring students’ progress Chandigarh A mobile application that serves as a monthly report card for students and teachers in Chandigarh, with prescribed learning outcomes, pre-fed into the application to track the performance of each class and subject in each government school.
Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology A system that provides academic credit deposit accounts to all students studying in recognized Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) in India, allowing them to accrue and redeem credits for any academic program at any convenient time.
Kalika Chetarike – Activity-based learning Government of Karnataka A program designed to address learning gaps and attain subject-wise, grade-specific learning outcomes for all students in Karnataka
‘Kalika Habba’ – A State-wide Festival on Learning Karnataka A state-wide festival designed around activities in sciences, mathematics, social sciences, and languages in Karnataka involving students from grade 4 to grade 9, to involve the community with the education programme and academic practices of schools.
School Adoption Initiative, Darrang (Assam) Government of Assam An initiative under which one college teacher adopted one school in the district of Darrang, Assam, with the aim of improving teaching and learning practices.
Abhyudaya Dhubri Assam The initiative uses virtual reality (VR) to make learning a more fun experience for the children, where the focus has shifted from memorizing to understanding.
