1. Throw light on the development of the nationalism in the princely states. Discuss the contributions of Sheikh Abdullah’s in developing nationalistic and political consciousness in Kashmir. (250 words)

2. The anti-defection law has been criticized for its ineffectiveness in achieving its objectives. The law has several loopholes leading to political opportunism and instability in the political system.
