CHAPTER ONE
I walk down the street. There’s a hole in the sidewalk.
It is a very deep hole. I fall in … I am helpless.
It isn’t my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.
CHAPTER TWO
I walk down the same street. There’s a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don’t see it. I fall in … again.
I can’t believe I’m in the same place, but it isn’t my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.
CHAPTER THREE
I walk down the same street. There’s a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there. I still fall in … it’s a habit, but my eyes are open.
I know where I am. It is my fault.
I get out immediately.
CHAPTER FOUR
I walk down the same street. There’s a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.
CHAPTER FIVE
I walk down another street.
Sometimes, we believe the people so much. For reasons unknown, some people’s personality will be toxic. They take us for granted. They continuously break our Trust. They always emotionally drain us and pull us in a downwards direction. We don’t quickly learn to identify their negative vibes. It is good to forgive them and give another chance for them to change. But we should not become a victim of the same trap again and again. We should be mindful to learn whether they are repairable or not? Can we change them or not?. It is better to avoid such people from our circle. It is better to walk in a different street than falling down in the same place.
