7.  In the wake of scrapping of Article 370, two civil servants have resigned from the service as IAS. They are of the view that the building blocks of the democracy are at threat and they cannot be the part of the system. It has become difficult to work with the government. As an IAS, they were highly meritorious and had earned the government acclaim. Their resignation has resulted into a debate that should civil servants be given more autonomy especially freedom of expression? (250 words)
