Unique Step Towards our Offline Students – Insights for Strong Mental Health:
Recruitment of Full-time Psychotherapist at Insights Offline Centre
We at Insights IAS strongly believe that a happy and relaxed aspirant has highest chances of succeeding in the civil services exam. And also in life. In this regard, we have always kept our doors open for healthy interactions with our students. Our open door policy has enabled hundreds of students to share their myriad issues without hesitation, or fear of being judged. Our genuine attempt towards addressing needs of students by having one to one discussion has strengthened our bond with students. But, as exam gets more competitive and stressful, more candidates are spending sleepless nights and stress related issues – which require professional counselling and attention.
In this regard, we are recruiting a professional psychotherapist to help any of our offline students to get professional help to deal with any stress, emotional or depression related issues. She will be available at our offline centre in Bangalore for counselling and therapy sessions.
Getting help for any mental health related issues should not be construed as taboo or stigma. One must openly seeks solution to such problems so as to lead a healthy and peaceful life.
An IAS aspirant who undergoes so many emotional turmoil during the course of preparation may not be inclined to seek professional help and they might think it’s time-consuming or even costly.
Therefore these sessions will be conducted FREE of cost and InsightsIAS will bear these costs. These sessions will be readily available at our premises and one doesn’t have to roam around in search of a doctor.
We all know that healthy mind is not only essential but also crucial to build good social capital. We hope that these small initiatives from our side, including mentorship program and our individual centric guidance programs will help our students achieve their dream in a stress free manner and environment.
Going forward we will also recruit a doctor to treat any physical ailments too. It’s our responsibility to give society healthy and sound officers who will serve our nation with full vigour and dedication.
