Insights Offline Class: 45+ Students Selected in UPSC Civil Services (IAS) Exam 2016 Including All India Rank 1 Nandini K R
45+ Students from Insights Offline Class (Bangalore) have secured ranks in UPSC civil services exam 2016. Out of these, 9 students are from our core batch (25 students) whom we selected through an entrance exam in January 2016.
Here offline students mean those who wrote either Prelims test series or Mains test series (or both) and availed interview guidance at our Institute.
After prelims 2016 we enrolled 140 serious students for FREE mains test series. Out of 140, around 100 cleared Prelims 2016. Among these 100 students nearly 85 students wrote all 35 tests of Insights Mains Test Series. Finally, 60+ were selected for Interview.
Please note that our role and effort was less than 1%. We just provided good environment and facilities. Rest of the hard work was done by them. It was mainly self study and intensive discussions that helped our students a lot. So, it’s not our success. It entirely belongs to them.
Crowning glory is Rank 1 by Nandini K R, who took leave from IRS (C&E) for one year and stayed near Insights writing all tests from January to November 2016. She rectified all her previous mistakes through discussions with us. Worked extremely hard. Did self study (100%). And now has made all of us Insightians proud. (she will be writing a detailed article on her preparation strategy)
Belief is the key here. Trust yourself. Trust the guide. Be consistent in your approach. Nobody can stop you from getting a good rank.
Note: Our Mains Test Series 2016 was free of cost and was open only for serious aspirants (mostly Insights offline prelims students + students from our previous batches) We provided guidance to those who sought it. Also these students might have had taken Optional coaching from other institutes, or might have attended conventional coaching earlier in their preparation.
