Q4, Quiz, 21st September 2016 (Click Here): Regarding Montreal Protocol and HFC – Technically, the MP is not yet dealing with HFC, though the parties in 2015 itself agreed to amend the MP to address the issue of HFCs which has zero Ozone Depleting Potential. Thus, the answer should be option ‘c’, and not ‘b’. But for our purpose, before pre-2017, the amendment to MP is likely to be passed.
