10) While coming back from office you witness a strange incident. A wife is beating her drunk husband on the street. If she is not stopped, it appears that she might kill him as well. Her neighbours are not stopping her. Instead they are encouraging her to beat him hard as a revenge for all the torture he had given to her in the past. They are telling that he used to beat his wife and children every day for not giving him their daily wages to spend it on alcohol consumption. In recent days he had become nuisance in the colony. One of the onlookers comment that he should be killed by his wife as law of the land can not do anything to him. In his opinion, it is better to kill him now before he kills his wife and children some day in near future. 

Will you stop the woman from beating her husband? Justify and also comment on the ethical issues involved in the above case. (200 Words)
