We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
We are what we think! What do you think you are? Do you think you are an aspirant, an administrator, a diplomat, a sensitive person, a caring and loving individual… I can go on… For argument sake, let us say this is true, what if we think we are that already. For example, let us assume that we are at the goal what we are aspiring for, in this case, to be an administrator. What if we start addressing the challenges in a way that an administrator does. What are the qualities that are needed for an administrator, an efficient one, perhaps the best one? Few I can think of are – Decision making, caring for people, efficiency of finishing the projects, time management and so on..
Now look at the exam, what is it trying to test you in? Isn’t it the same attributes cloaked and presented in a different format? What if you start addressing these in the same way an administrator should. Why should you wait for that some day when you get into the job and then start developing these attributes, why not start inculcating them now? Why not make that one additional difference which makes your lives easier. This is certainly an exam where the best of the best get through, if you are what you think then why not think the best about you and stride forward?
