Jobs at Insights IAS (Insights on India)

We are looking forward to recruit talented, highly motivated and hard working individuals to expand Team Insights. We are in the process of building an institution, which we hope would one day become a model institution for others to emulate. To build a great institution, we need trustworthy and hardworking individuals.

If you are someone who is looking for a great career in civil services training field, we are ready to offer you a satisfying career where you can grow well both financially and intellectually. We need people who are dedicated to the welfare of students and institution first. Personal growth is possible when one’s work is recognised by both its beneficiaries and also others. But to do a work that becomes recognisable, one should work selflessly. That selfless work brings great rewards in future.

Selection Procedure

We are going for a transparent process to select best possible team for our institution. This is purely in the interest of our students. We want them to get best guidance in India.

There will be a Three Step process to select members to our team:

Step I

You need to fill an application (see below) to give us basic idea about yourself. Please note that if you have NOT given UPSC civil services interview at least one time, you are NOT eligible to apply. Also, once selected, you can NOT give any exam be it civil services or other exams during the contract period.

Step II

Based on Step I, we will shortlist applications, we will give you a call and learn more about you. If we are satisfied with your answers, we will move to Step III.

Step III

Once satisfied with telephonic conversation with you, we will invite you to Bangalore to give demo classes (if applying for teaching job) or to undergo written tests (if applying for content job).

For those who are interested in teaching, apart from demo class, there will be a written test as well to test your writing skills.

Finally, based on all Three Steps, we will finally select the best team and train them if we find it’s necessary.
