Hey, has the topic for today’s debate uploaded ?

  • Nirbhay Pratap Singh

ethics being a subjective issue could be perceived differently by every one. also every mature society should definitely and gradually move toward its removal but in some cases the quantum of crime is so high that it becomes impossible to pardon the convict. with respect to capital punishment the supreme court guideline should be followed, it says that this should be done in the rarest of the rare case and should be based on proper judicial proceedings. it should not be guided by any political agenda or popular public emotions against the convict. and in Indian legal system a person is given a choice to even ask for presidential pardon, hence capital punishment should not be removed altogether.

In the Indian context capital punishment is to be awarded in the case of “rarest of the rare” which is not defined comprehensively and elaborately in the constitutional provisions hence it is up to the discretion of the judge that what constitute the so called “rarest of the rare”.But the question of the humanity and ethical validity can be sought from the examples of the history to the relevance and propriety of the contemporary modern world like the death penalty was more prevalent in the monarchy where the rights of individual was being undermined in the name of the dignity and honor of the monarch(your honor and highness) but that failed to deter the crime in the history.
Modern states of the gulf, Islamic dominion and communist like China and autocratic like North Korea have the death penalty for the various offences and the method of execution also varied from country to country from hanged to stoned to death.
All these type of capital punishment which miserably failed in its purpose to deter heinous crime require a introspection about its propriety in the modern world of rights and regulations.
So capital punishment is inhuman and the proclaim of the no chances of the improvement in the character of a human doesn’t hold the ground since the most intelligent , able and mentally strong and stable entity on the earth can do anything but what is required the suitable environment which could be provided by giving the chances to improve and having the faith in them.
At last it is well said that Hate the crime, Don’t hate the criminal.Hence it is inhuman to punish a human like animal for alleged deterrence in crime and improvement in society because which could n’t been in the history by any law and can’t do in the year to come, it is said by the H.D. Thoreau that it is not the law and its imposition which govern the society but it is human conscience the superior of all which govern every human and collectively the society.

I have read only your first paragraph and i think that u should write less on ethics bocz you need to develope (hit to the target)attitude. Try to stick to the ques. All these are my personal opinion. I hope it wudnt sound harsh to u.

The ghastly act of terrorism is barbaric, uncivilized and beyond any perceivable tenets of humanism. No doubt it should be butchered and its tentacles uprooted. But the question is how? To answer this first we have to find out the reasons behind this dark inhuman act. the reasons are many————
#The big brotherliness of superpowers and their constant wriggling over controlling territories or gathering faithful allies. They do this by arm twisting the smaller strategically located countries or altogether changing the regimes and replacing them with pliable stooges.
#This act of pleasing the superpower ego leads to too many disruptions- ethnic, sectarian violence and in many places crisis of governance.
#The newly appointed stooges hardly care about the citizenry. They are happy with pleasing their master, pleasing the handful of followers mostly from their own sect, tribe or language. The result is rampant corruption, gross poverty and wide spread unemployment and dangerous alienation.
    # Such atmospheres become fertile breeding ground for self vested interest groups like Al Quieda, ISIS, AL Shabab, Al Nusura,Boko Haram. They take advantage of deep felt alienation and dissatisfaction of large masses and force upon them their own vengeful agenda.Further they are helped Financially and morally by the rival state powers.
    # The second category of terrorism is created and propagated by the state machinery to achieve illusionary parity with other powers. This is how Taliban was cretred by USA to offset Russia and umpteen number of terror groups nurtured by Pakistan to destabilise India.
Now ,when terrorism is such a complex and multifaceted problem,is Gandhian Philosophy of peace and Non-violence are enough to tackle this monstrous demon? I would humbly beg to differ. Because the people who could massacre innocent children for no fault of theirs, who could behead private citizens of a country just to teach that country a lesson, who could invoke religion and holy scriptures to recruit and abate such unmindful and senseless violence, they can hardly understand the language of peace.
    So what should be done?
#The superpowers need to take responsibility. There should be no forceful regime change for oil and minerals. The people of a country should be left to decide by whom by how they want to be governed.
#The rival states instead of nurturing rouge elements should sit and talk. Here we can use the Gandhian philosophy of peaceful existence and non-violence.
#The gullible youths who find it thrilling and are attracted towards terror should not be handeled with strong muscle, rather should be given healing touches. Here the Gandhian thought should work.
Overall, a combination of non-violence,strong realpolitik, profound international cooperation and cultivating the mentality of respecting “the other” would go a long way in tackling the ghost of naked terror.

    13. An Indian civil servant duty is to serve the people so it is also bounded to serve the reperesentative of that people. Acting accordingly sometimes can confront with lot of difficulties provided the nature and attitude of those persons whom the people of India have bestowed with so much powers. And quite in some isntances they tend to be irresponsible and misuse their powers for their personal benefits . This will be done with or without the knowledge of the civilservant . Either way he is actually doing a crime .A person with so much responsibility in hands should know what is happening and if he is not able to then his efficiency is nill and he is not fit for the service. The involvement of civil servants along with politicians in major scams now a days is result of both ineffficiency and lack of integrity and cannot be given a soft stance by telling them as innocents.

  • Bachchan

    13) in the theam of civil servants v/spoliticians shows that a best relation like father and son, y it shows like that means, in the ancient days and in the middle of past days, son’s hv always use to give a respect to their fathers, bcz tht we already read in books the great Kingdom field and the great independence time, so they r good with their relationship in the past but nowadays, means the days of modern the son is in one business and the father is in one business (that may b legal r illegal), they can b the father and son infront of people, but they r enimeis in business, so as the same way when modern India accurs, the politicians And civil servants also get changed like doing business like father n son, but also some civil servants should b good in there way of doing work through the people, those who knows culture n similar work according to their civils service rools.
The main theam is until wnvr the government should not b care about corruption, the man who works under politicians as a civil servant, if he is loose in his work -a kind of tht person we use to call innocent victim, and one who is honest in his work to public people we use to call him civil servant.
So in my opinion one who wants to become a good politicion, he must need to right a exam wch is more toughfest than IAS, than only they can be eligible for to order the civil servants, ofter that we can easily find out tht who is innocent and who is victim.

Vinay Sir… please.. we beg you dont stop HINDU NEWS ANALYSIS VIDEO initiatve… AND PLEASE POST THAT DAILY,.. PLEASE…
we dont need new initiatives… please sir… there is something called
respect.. and you gain it NOT BY THE NUMBER OF THINGS YOU DO BUT BY THE WAY IN
WHICH YOU DO EACH THING.. sorry sir, but am saying this bcoz OF my utter
desperation AND helplessness .. i am one of the sincere followers of this
site.. and am sorry to say you that u are not doing any good for true students
who are actually (truly following ) depending on your site… IT IS A SHAME
THAT U ARE STARTING NEW INITIATIVES WHEN YOU HAVE NO TIME TO CONTINUE THE
PRESENT WONDERFUL INITIATIVES… imagine a student who has been
viewing ur videos on a daily basis for the past 3 months.. it becomes a part of
our study plan.. and suddenly one day it stops… and then after 1 week
suddenly 5 videos appear… and on some day these videos will stop for ever and
you will start another2-3 initiatives… with what faith we should follow ur
site?… it would be better than those 100 new initiatives , if you continue
one single initiative a whole year.. there is no need to mess things up like
this.. earlier there was optional subject questions daily… one day it
stopped.. then started current affairs… it stopped… then after some months
it restarted.. then there is this lok sabha rajya sabha and all india raDio
    news analysis.. sometimes it stops..
then starts… then it starts again and again it stops.. it is of no benefit .. first i used to follow your rajya sabha initiative.. then it stopped.. ok
lok sabha started.. then now it has become a mix… one day suddenly it
comes… i am sure that those who follow a daily timetable finds it difficult
when suddenly 1 weeks articles are posted together.. i am wondering why you didnt stop secure 2015
saying that you dont have time.. and you could have started another 3 or 4
initiatives also which you could have stopped after 2 months.. thank you for
showing consistency in atleast that initiative, which iam sure is the one and
only one initiative which is benefiting true students who are actually
preparing and will eventuAlly succed.. the one feature in that initiative is
its consistency and continuity.. but am sure you will start something outwordly
soon and will stop “secure” initiative also… also mentionable is
the present current affairs initiative(which is version 2 lol) which you are
atleast posting on the next day… someone who studies sincerely will never
find time to follow all your initiatives.. if you have real mind to help please
show stability and consistency in atleast 4 or 5 initiatives and that would be
truly wonderful.. each day morning we
read that day’s news paper and then we cannot open your site and read last
day’s current affairs.. also we cannot see last week’s hindu news analysis
which you would have posted 1 week later… atleast by god’s grace you are
posting secure questions based on the same day’s newspaper.. thank god..
otherwise that also would have been a waste.. imagine if we get the following things on the same day.. secure questons+ that
day’s current affairs + that day’s news analysis video … how great it would
have been.. and how useful it would have been.. o.k… I agree that you do not
have time to post all these on the same day… “BUT THEN THE SAME PERSON WHO DO
NOT HAVE TIME TO UPDATE HIS PRESENT INITIATIVES ON A DAILY BASIS COMES UP WITH A NEW INITIATIATIVE EACH WEEK…
YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE HELPING US… BUT YOU ARE WRONG..”.. am sure that these
days you would be planning for atleast
10 new initiatives to begin soon…. but please.. please do something that will
actually help real candidates… that is
choosing initiatives which you can actually update daily and sustain for
atleast one year.. new prelims quiz is
amazing… but i do not follow that because am tired of your initiatves.. you
will most probably stop it next month.. you would be thinking that u have done
a great help by posting the compiled secure qstn and answers of last one year
together last week… i Am sure that 100% of your followers would have been thrilled.. but
am sure less than 5% would benefit from what you have done.. we would have
benefitted if you posted those question and answers on that same day instead of
wasting time on 100 other initiatives which you were never going to deliver in
time.. i have lost hope.. but iam still following “secure” initiative
hoping that you will spare atleast that initiative .. also, please don’t judge
the success of your initiatives by the number of comments you get.. those who
are really following it will never find time to post comments…if you daily
follow secure initiative you will notice that a single user do not post answers
consistently for more than 3-4 days. There are some who manage to sustain for 1
week or upto 1 month… but nobody stays there more than that time.. and then
suddenly one day they reappear… they are seasonal birds.. they will be happy
with your new initiatives because they would not have followed ur ongoing
initiaves on a daily basis which is suffering due to the new ones… they migrate
from your 1 initiative to another never realising their foolishness in
following this site… sir.. let me ask you one thing.. are you currently covering
lok sabha or rajya sabha(I mean “big picture” or ”insight”) ? Am asking this
because of my desparation and sense of being fooled… if you do not have time to
post lok sabha insight program on a daily basis… please don’t post it.. cover
atleast big picture programme.. but do that daily for atleast 1 year.. so that
we have clarity in what u are giving us.. so that we can prepare lok sabha
insight programme on our own.. and with that we will be able to follow both
programmes daily and will not miss that any day.. DEAR SIR, IAM REITERATING THAT CONTINUITY,
STABILITY, CLARITY AND PUNCTUALITY MATTERS MORE THAN ANYTHING… tell us
clearly in the beginning of the year what you can give us on a daily basis…
and show us that u can actually give us that on time… then if u want you may
add 1 or 2 initiatives if u are that desperate to help us… i beg dont stop
those old initiaves….. and if possible dont start anything new.. secure 2015, current
    affairs(same day),news analysis video(same day), rajya sabha or loksabha(at
least one,but daily) and then the new daily prelims quiz… please…. please maintain
these initiatives…. please sir… please.. please… am sorry but i said all
these due to my desperation and helplessness… please sir… please….
please… CONTINUITY, SUSTAINABILITY, CLARITY AND PUNCTUALITY… HELP US IN AN
EFFECTIVE MANNER SIR IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HELP… ATLEAST POST THE ONGOING
YEAR’S SECURE ANSWERS ON THAT SAME DAY … SIR , I REITERATE THAT IT IS A SHAME
THAT U ARE STARTING NEW INITIATIVES WHEN YOU HAVE NO TIME TO CONTINUE THE
PRESENT INITIATIVES… AM NO ONE TO SAY THIS.. AM ONLY A STUDENT…
AND LITERALLY I AM BEGGING… PLZZZZ SIR… PLEASE…. DON’T MESS THINGS… AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAINTAIN “PUNCTUALITY” FOR GOD’S SAKE..…

Agreed on many points also like to mention.
    1. Vast majority does not know, how could biometrics can effect them in long run. So people cannot be given a right to choose whether they are OK sharing their data for sake of food and other benefits.
    2. Privacy is very important part of human aspect should not be played, would lead to loss of personal freedom.
3.No policy irrespective of its success/ effectiveness should even be considered if it contradicts constitutional frame.
    4. Personal information is resource today, and like Google and Facebook tracks people, and concerns raised over it in many countries. Govt. Would also have ease of tracking evry activity. We cannot call us free anymore. Nobody wants to get tracked even on internet.
