    1. Resign from the job and go back to your native
    # Resigning from the job is the easiest option that DSP has, he has taken the job which has hopes of lakhs of peoples he serving, they all are in no condition to get out this condition leaving them in despair is not only unethical but inhumane.
    # It is just a situation which will pass by thus don’t personalise it with yourself, just do your duty. It is not always possible to do what is required due to certain limitation therefore just do whatever possible.
    # Going back to your native will create another situation where you a similar dilemma may arise, for far will you run, thus fight.
2). Resign and join politics to clean the system
    # Join politics is completely personnel perspective, where interest is pre-requiste. If DSP has such inclination and waiting for correct time he should take the jump. Otherwise, DSP should stay on and try to overcome the situation patiently by following the standard procedure.

3). Continue in the job being dumb and deaf to all allegations and protests against you
    # Continue till they are in limits, if DSP is felling relentless pressure and unable to avid the situation he should approach any of his friends who are advocates or active NGO working for governance and ask them to file PIL in respective high court without his reference. Court orders will put the issue under limelight of media and centre government forcing the state government to act. Similar step was taken in Mathura, where DM was unable to take action against encroacher due to political pressure, after high court order action was taken and land evacuated sadly it also led to loss of 23 lives including to police officers.

    4) Seek transfer to another place
    # Running away from the situation will only procrastinate you to take decision in life, such situation can arise anywhere thus doing your duty with wisdom and provide solution is the only option.
