    Good morning
“Therefore, always perform your duty efficiently and without attachment to the results, because by doing work without attachment one attains the Supreme”
    Think it,,,,….

    • OK

      means are ends in itself.
Socrates: duty for the sake of duty.
Aristotle: do things not just for the desirable outcomes, do to achieve the desirable character.
Gandhi: Truth is an end in itself not a mean.
It is the journey which is worth remembering not the outcome. Who remembers the marks one had scored in his/her college days. It is the journey, it is the hard work, these are the memories which are worth capturing. It is not the result which gives learning, it is the journey who teaches us what to do and what not to.

    • Jaya Swatantra

Success is a journey not a destination ,it is all the more important to enjoy what we do…. if we enjoy we are on the right path….

Ethics seek to clarify the logic and
the adequacy of the values that shaped the world; it assessed the moral
possibilities which are projected and portrayed in the social give and take.
Elucidate the two conception of ethics mentioned in the statement. Which of the
two conception is more relevant to public servants and why?

    Today’s world is diversified in
general and dynamic in particular. The values of one culture May be different
for other. It is the intuitive knowledge of moral agents defined the course of
action I.e. Good, bad or indifferent. However, it is depends on individual view
point. The action determined by the moral agent decides the rightness,
wrongness or indifferent. It could be positive values like happiness, justice,
honesty, integrity, humanity or generosity. On the other side he can thinks on negative values like anger,
boastfulness, arrogance, falsehood, lust, greed , recklessness or laziness. In
short we can say that doctrine of interpretationism guide the world and shaped
    the individual society.

    every individual has certain inherent
values. These values are guiding principle of moral agent. If one man standing
inside the metro and girl request the man to give a side in spite of there are
enough space to behind it. It is the moral of man decides the course of action.
In one way there is a need to balance between the integrity of man and dignity
of woman so that resultant action will be neutral otherwise it leads serious
    consequences from both sides.

    the above mention conception
cannot be judge individually rather it is coherent and integrated approach.
Action of public servant itself is the reflection of two conceptions. Based on
the time and space both individually make one subordinate to another. It is
rightly said in the golden Christian rule that” behave toward others as
would like to behave towards you”.
    please, suggest comment me.
